FRUIT - PIERCING MOTH (Gloriana ornata)

The closed forewings of the moth imitate a typical pattern of a dried leaf; and can become absolutely inconspicuous in a dry leafy habitat. A glint of bright orange shows on the hind wing when in flight. Within India, its mainly found in the north eastern region.
